Can I return an order?
Of course, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return anything you bought from us, no questions asked. Please contact us to inform us of your intentions and we will send you the shipping address for our warehouse.
Who pays for the shipping?
If the item is being returned for a quality reason, because it is damaged, it does not function properly or receive a wrong item, please contact us and we will cover the cost of shipping. If possible, we would like to see pictures of the damage.
However, if its because you changed your mind and no longer seem to like what you ordered, then we kindly ask you to bear the costs.
When should I send the product back?
You should send it back within 30 days of your return claim.
Please put the product with all of its accessories and manuals back into its original box (if possible) and contact us to receive the shipping address for our warehouse.
How and when will I get my money back?
Once we receive the products, you will get a confirmation by email and your money will be payed back within 14 days in the same way you made the purchase.
How do I cancel an order?
Just like returning a product, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return anything you bought from us. If you want to cancel the order before you receive it, please contact us to inform us of your intentions. If the order has not been dispatched, we will just cancel the order. However, if the item is on its way to you, you will have to follow our returns policy and send it back to us.

How to return ?
When you need return the product, pls contact us for ask an RMA number (return merchandise authorization number).We will provide RMA number and return address. If package without RMA number, the package will be lost or return to you.
You can apply for refund within 1 month since the date you received the goods. Detail rules as follows:
1. Full Refund
(a) When the items you receive have quality problem, we will refund to you fully, including problem in the hardware, software or adapters.
(b) If we send wrong items to you, which is our responsibility to refund full item value and pay the extra fee for you.
(C) If you order the wrong products, pls contact us before we ship the product in order that we could cancel the order.
2. Item is Out of Stock
If product is out of stock, we will send email to check if you want to exchange or get refund. If you want to get refund, we will refund the money for this goods to you, if there are still other items for this order, we will send the rest to you. If you want to cancel the order, we will refund full money to you.
3. Item is Not Received
Usually, we will provide tracking number and tracking link timely. If you don’t get item for a long time, please contact us timely. We will confirm with the couriers and get back to you ASAP. If product gets lost during transportation, we will arrange replacement for you and bear the shipping cost by ourselves.
